Throughout the course of 3 weeks, performed a full code refactor on an existing SvelteKit codebase alongside two other students. Used a collection of organisation-wide principles and code conventions to refactor every single component, ensuring a robust and consistent code quality throughout.

Aside from this, also fixed many bugs and improved much of the website's existing features over the course of several other 3-week sprints. Closed each sprint by organising a sprint review with our stakeholders, translating our design choices and our work into understandable language for our less technologically-inclined stakeholder, and incorporated their feedback in the next sprint thereafter.

The client was very happy with the result, and so was I. I had a very productive and efficient dynamic with my team, and we got a lot of work done in a relatively short time period. The code was clean & consistent, and was later picked up by a different team for further iteration, who noted there was very little to improve on the code quality in the components we refactored.
